I approach cooking with an emphasis on easy, healthy, and delicious. Getting food on the table with as little stress as possible is the goal of my recipes. I love experimenting in the kitchen to perfect recipes. The perfect recipe is easy on the prep work and even easier to cook (always from frozen - who has time to thaw food?!). When not in my kitchen, you'll find me hanging with my kiddos and hubby.

Before diving head first into the food business, I spent 13 years working for the government as an engineer. Much of that time was spent in a strategic planning or strategic leadership development role. I earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt during that time.
